5:45 p.m. Arrive at Springfield High School in all black, with appropriate tights or socks and shoes with hair styled correctly for your team and stage make-up on. Parents are needed to help unload props for Force & Vibe Teams.

6:00-7:00 p.m. Rehearsal on stage. Each team will take turns running their routine – other dancers should wait in audience. Mini Team dancers parents should stay since we will not have staff to supervise minis while they wait their turn.

7:00-7:15 p.m. Break for dancers to put on costumes.

7:15-8:00 p.m. Open Showcase. Families are encouraged to attend. We will run each team just as it would be at the competition. Minis will run their dance first and are free to go after their dance is run so that it is an earlier night for little ones. Parents are needed to help reload props for Force & Vibe Teams.
