All dancers performing in the Benefit Concert should arrive to the Wildish and be ready to dance at 4:00 p.m. Dancers should be in costume with hair pulled back, we do not need full hair and make-up done for run through. Dancers who are only in one number are free to go after their piece has been run, Force and Fusion dancers will all stay through the full rehearsal. We will run in show order.
Join the ATD dancers for a series of community performances on April 12th. All of our First Steps dancers including Toddlers, Pre-Ballet, Dance Sampler, Hip Hoppin’, T3. Boys Hip Hop I & Electric Team classes will be included. This is a great opportunity to celebrate our dancers and allow them to gain confidence on stage.

Each season, our studio chooses a worthy individual or organization in our community as the beneficiary of the proceeds of this concert experience. Service to others is a hallmark of our studio and this allows our dancers to use their artistry to support those in need.

This rehearsal is MANDATORY for dancers performing in the End of Season recital. This rehearsal is split up by level and lists which classes need to be there for which time blocks. Your dancer needs to be there for the entire time block (unless specified) because we will be running through dances, cheering friends on, and going over everything for show. Dancers should be in solid colored dance wear, preferably black, with their hair neatly pulled back and their dance shoes. This rehearsal takes place at the Eugene studio.
A detailed schedule will be sent out closer to rehearsal time.
All Foundations dancers performing in our end of season show will rehearse their group dance on stage in costume with full hair and make-up. Each class will be given a 5-10 minute time block on stage to rehearse. Please arrive 15 minutes before your assigned time and wait for your dance to be called on stage. Dancers are free to go once their dance has been run.
A detailed Dress Rehearsal Schedule will be sent out closer to rehearsal.
We can’t wait to see all of our dancers take the stage to celebrate the end of the dance season. All of our dancers are invited to perform with their classes. Shows will be spread out over the weekend and dancers will be assigned to a specific show.
Our studio offers the opportunity for every dancer to be photographed with their class by a professional photographer. Each dancer will be photographed in a group and as an individual and parents may choose to purchase digital images directly from the photographer. Our annual photoshoot will be held the week of March 4-9th

Our annual Nutcracker Remixed event will take place on November 23rd and 24th at the Hult Center’s Silva Concert Hall. Cast A will perform in an evening show on Saturday, November 23rd. Cast B will perform in a matinee show in the afternoon on Sunday, November 24th.
What is the Nutcracker Remixed? What do you get when you take the classic tale of the Nutcracker and give it a modern twist? The Nutcracker Remixed! All of the enchantment of the beloved fairytale set to modern day music by Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Meghan Trainor, Adele and more. Join Clara as she journeys to the Land of the Sweets and dances her way through upbeat numbers in jazz, tap, hip-hop, ballroom, and of course, classical ballet. Over 400 youth dancers bring the story to life this holiday season.
Select dancers from our show will be touring our community to share the love of dance! We will bring an abbreviated version of our Nutcracker Remixed show to local elementary schools and assisted living facilities.

All Foundations classes will have their show rehearsals on this date. This is MANDATORY and takes place at our Eugene studio. Every Foundations level dancer who wants to be in the show must commit to being at this rehearsal.

Join us for a week of ATD fun during Spirit Week! All classes will meet as regularly scheduled during Spirit Week, but we have fun themed days that dancers are encouraged to dress up for. This is also a great week to bring a friend to class with you (for free!), or try a new class you’ve been thinking about. We can’t wait to share the fun! Each day, the most spirited dancer wins a prize!
Our annual team bonding is a fun tradition where our dancers get a chance to know their teams better and be ready for the new season. Our Pulse, Vibe, Velocity, Surge & Force/Fusion teams will be a part of this team bonding. Electric Team will have their team bonding separately. Schedule of events:
Friday, October 4th:
6:00 p.m. Force & Fusion Teams arrive for set up
7:00 p.m. Pulse, Vibe, Velocity & Surge Teams arrive for Team Bonding
8:30 p.m. All younger teams are picked up (only Force/Fusion stay)
9:00 p.m. Force/Fusion Team bonding begins - all phones are confiscated!
11:00 p.m. Force/Fusion are back on site at the studio for a studio lock-in. No ins or outs!

8:30 a.m. Force and Fusion must be picked up and out the door by this time as classes begin at 9:00 a.m.
